🍪✨🔥 Fried Oreos 🍪✨🔥

Fried Oreos: Because Calories Don’t Count at the Fair 🎡

Ingredients:

🍪 1 package of Oreo cookies (try not to eat them all before frying)
🥣 1 cup all-purpose flour (the glue that holds dreams together)
✨ 1 teaspoon baking powder (the fluff-maker)
🧂 ¼ teaspoon salt (just a pinch, like a chef’s kiss)
🥛 1 cup milk (or buttermilk for a chef’s kiss upgrade)
🥚 1 large egg (the binding agent of joy)
🌿 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (because we’re fancy like that)
🥄 Vegetable oil (for frying – because deep-fried = happiness)
❄️ Powdered sugar (for that fresh snowfall on a deep-fried mountain vibe)

Instructions:

🔥 Step 1: Batter Up!

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt like you’re about to win a baking competition.

  • In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir like your reputation depends on it.

  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. The batter should be thick enough to hug an Oreo like a warm blanket.

🛢️ Step 2: Heat Things Up

  • Pour about 2 inches of oil into a deep skillet or pot. Heat it to 350°F (175°C)—or until a test drop of batter sizzles and floats.

🍪 Step 3: Fry Time!

  • Dip each Oreo into the batter, making sure it’s fully coated. No Oreo left behind!

  • Carefully place the battered Oreo into the oil (no splash-zone disasters, please).

  • Fry for 2-3 minutes per side or until gloriously golden brown.

🧻 Step 4: Drain & Dust

  • Remove the Oreos with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.

  • While they’re still warm, hit them with a blizzard of powdered sugar.

🍫 Step 5: Devour Like No One’s Watching

  • Serve warm, preferably with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, or straight into your mouth.

🚨 Warning: Highly addictive. You may need to make a second batch.

Enjoy your deep-fried masterpiece! 🎡✨🍪
